All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom only:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.


3. Shipping Locations

We only deliver within the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

A&C Global Traders Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@acglobaltraders.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

We will assist you in resolving the issue.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
